The Parish Council is always discussing road safety in our village and how to improve this. As part of this we need to know about all road accidents in the village, so this can be brought in to discussions with Suffolk County Council. We have therefore set up an email address: a1071accidents@gmail.com for residents to report accidents on any of our village roads, not just the A1071.
A short email with the brief details such as time, place and number of vehicles would be useful. Please don’t assume others will report this or that we know about it. We would rather have several emails about the same accident than none at all. Many thanks.
