PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Parish Council is pleased to announce that monthly parish meetings are now being held back in the meeting room at the community centre.
The Parish Council meets on the second Thursday of the month (unless stated otherwise. There is no meeting in August - unless required to discuss planning applications) at 7.30pm in the Meeting Room at The Community Hall, George Street, Hintlesham - see notices in the parish magazine The Link and on noticeboards around the villages.
The Parish Council may also meet on the fourth Thursday of the month to discuss any Planning Applications, comments on which must be delivered to Babergh District Council before the following Parish Council Meeting.
Members of the public are reminded that any contribution that they may wish to make is limited to three minutes. Alternatively if they wish to have an issue discussed they can of course do so via one of their councillors ( contact details are in the village directory) who can raise it for them at the next meeting.
